Thinking Activity :- Derrida and Deconstruction

This blog is a part of my classroom thinking activity. This activity given by Dr. Dilip Barad Sir.

In this blog , I would like to say ,  What I have understood about Deconstruction. And also I have gave example of deconstruction.

                          First of all we can see about French thinkerJacques Derrida.

Jacques Derrida :

Jacques Derrida (1930–2004), a leading figure in French post-structuralist philosophy, is renowned for having developed deconstruction. His prolific writings treat both philosophical and literary works, and do so in various ways, of which deconstruction is the most philosophically significant. The following account will explicate what deconstruction involves by sketching some of its strategies and discussing its import for philosophy.

What is Deconstruction ?

Deconstruction's  term given by Derrida. Deconstruction is not a destructive activity, but it is an inquiry into the foundation of everything. Post-Structuralist critics go deep into the foundation of text and then they try to undermine it. Derrida says that every text contains element which can deconstruct itself. 

As Derrida's opinion ;

 "Each and every text read as event and events can be read with different perspective."

         Derrida combines two characteristics of the language mentioned above : the arbitariness or the tendency to defer the ultimate and final meaning, and the systematic differentiality of, language and coins a new term "differance" the tendency or the force of language to defer and differ that is intrinsic to language.

DIfferAnce = to differ + to defer

Deconstruction means some event or play or anything but in which some loose point is there and it's became the Deconstruction. Than  we can't find any particular meanning. In a way Deconstruction is not a term that destroys the meaning, but it gives us ideas to think differently. 

          Here , I  found couple of examples . Let's we  have  going to deconstructed it.

In this video , we can see at  one young man has see wasted water around his path that time in his mind came idea and he save plants . Next he has helping one lady in her work . Than he  eat his lunch that time one dog came to near him and talk about food . That young man understood dog's behaviour and gave some food or chiken for eating . Next he has walking that time he saw a beggar woman and one girl child seating on the road for money . They want some money for his daughter ' s education.  The boy gives some money  out of his own money. At bus he gave his seat to one lady . Because she is only one stand in bus. When he go to the home that time he put some bananas for old lady . Then  he prays for few minutes. Inthe morning he get water all the plants at his home. This is his everyday's fix schedule . One day that the plants grow into an empty pot . And that beggar lady's daughter started going to school.  Suddenly one day old lady know he has put secretly bananas for her. That time he feel so good. 

When we see this video that time we thought this video is for save water , save environment, ideal man or hero , being helpful person , Woman's respect , gave moral message better relationship and strong bonding with everyone , showing love for animals , Child education , Believe in religion rituals , etc.This meaning is a langue.

At the end of the video , we can understand this advertisement for Thai Life Insurance 

. A world made more beautiful . We have believe in good . Here we can see we can not find one particular meaning for this advertisement .

This  advertisement  we see on television many times.  Whenever I  watch this advertisement in television that time I think this advertisement for Adward Function , Magician . But at the end we can see this advertisement for twins biscuit . We can't get a perfect meaning in first time. This advertisement is comedy . 

This advertisement we can see in television many times . When I watch this advertisement first time that time i think this advertisement for Sandals , purse and sun glasses but at last I found this advertisement for fevikik . This advertisement is very funny . It's Little bit confusing advertisement . So here we also see that there is no perfect meaning we get in first time.

Here , I gave one example of the poem 

  " The Three Oddest Words "

When I read this poem first time that time I has find this poem want to say about When we pronounce the word future that time we think  our future is connected with our past . When we pronounce the word silence that time we destroy the silence . And when we prounce the word nothing that time i can make some  things but on one can hold for that . 

The real meaning of this poem is future and silence both are connected with politics and spirituality . Our future connect with our past that rupes is also following in politics. Whenever anyone start to speaking against politics and religion that time silence is destroyed . Last stanza 's meaning is Nothing do for votes in elections . Election are going honestly . Not waste much time for election. This is a real / parale meaning of the poem . We can not find one particular meaning .
